Essella Community

"The best preparation for tomorrow is doing your best today." H. Jackson Brown, Jr

About the Essella community

Within the Essella community, there is a strong sense of teamwork, community spirit and determination. We aim for our students to be happy with all aspects of school life and to enable them to reach their full potential.

Working with students, parents/guardians and staff as a collective supports the learning and outcomes of our students. We bring these strengths together for the benefit of the student.  We have excellent transition arrangements starting from the moment we visit year 6 students in their primary schools, right through to their enrolment in 6th form or first employment.  The primary focus for the Essella team is to develop student’s emotional well-being as well as their academic ability and to ensure students have independence when they move onto their next steps in life. We look forward to welcoming new additions to our community and together we will achieve.
